Please note these seeds are for growing microgreens as per the picture, they are not for seed sprouts grown in a jar and harvested after 3 - 5 days however I also have a listing for broccoli seeds for that purpose also. 

The variety in this listing is specifically for a nutritious microgreen high in glucoraphinin which is converted to sulforaphane when eaten or blended. Sprouting seeds as per my other listing are also a great source. 

To get the maximum sulforaphane conversion you can place the sprouts in 70deg Celcius water for 10 minutes before eating. 

Perfect for indoor cultivation in an east-facing aspect, these fast-growing annuals thrive in medium sunlight and require medium watering.
